RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
To ensure we meet quality and service expectations, we are unable to cancel or modify the order after it is placed or shipped out from our facilities. Depending on the shipping method, order may arrive within a minimum of 3-4 business days.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. Orders older than 14 days from the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund. We do not accept exchanges, return of sale items, or return of gift cards.
DAMAGED ITEMS
clöud café is not responsible for customer misspellings once you have placed your order. We will not refund consumer spelling errors if the order has departed from our facilities. To be eligible for a return of a damaged item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us an email and photo(s) of the item you received. If you are unable to send photos of the product(s) you received, unfortunately, we will not be able to send a replacement or issue a refund. Depending on the item(s) and order, we may provide a pre-paid shipping return label.
